"Husbands, love your wives, just as Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for her, that He might sanctify and cleanse her with the washing of water by the word, that He might present her to Himself a glorious church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such thing, but that she should be holy and without blemish."

 Don't ever try to make your wife into your own image. Don't always be the preacher man to her actions and drill her for her errors which were the standards set by you yourself. We are all imperfect and none of us deserve to be in the image of another except one, Christ Jesus, who is perfect without sin or blemishes.


In the last lesson, we mentioned about the Ox and the Ass. If you are the Ox and you think she is the Ass, then you can only but pray for a mind change and a renewed heart. You are not going to get the best from your wife or spouse by hammering and preaching all upon her. If you but listen to her daily encounters at work and all you give is an advice on how to handle it, then i am sorry cause you are indoctrinating her to think and act like you. If eventually you succeed in this confusion, you will eventually begin to see yourself in her and that will trigger a phase 2 of your relationship and possibly doom; no same charges attract...


As men we always think towards solution to everything that comes our way. As  many of us take this concept into marriage. Why do you think a coach who have managed a team successful for twenty years cannot even stay in a single marriage. He is either divorced several times or he simply will say "I have had enough of my share of women"


Women are not really complicated if we can see beyond the blue screen and that is why we actually started up with the first lesson(The Ox and The Ass). In a fresh encounter, you must understand the class your partner belong and know about your compatibility.


Do not try to figure her out. She is your wife and not some complex 'World of War Craft' game. She is not your chess pawn. She is your wife or possibly your wife to be. 

"He who finds a wife finds a good thing, And obtains favor from the Lord."

When God made all things, he made man and out of man he created a woman. She became as he said, the bone of his bone, flesh of his flesh. The Lord has allowed you the flesh of your flesh, bone of your bone and all you do with her is play games and seek to change her virtue to be like yours...

If she was worth if when you got entangled and married, what do you think has happened that chaged your interest in her? How much of the love you have for her has gone cold? Do you think you can survive the next lap of the years with her, thinking and talking like you when you get mad and angry? Do you really want to create a clone of yourself without control or would you accept her the way she is and adapt to loving her just as she is.

Well choices have always been ours to make, i am not offering you a chance to magically transform your home, but a set of options that you can make according to what you desire in your own relationship before or after marriage.
