The Church Foundation

Every building, structure or infrastructure has one thing in common and that is its needed strength in solid foundation.

It has been known that a house that is meant to stand the test of time listenable to stand all challenging feat; the changing weather, the trending times, the quality of materials utilized and the professionalism in its root foundation.

Ephesians 4:13, reminded us of the foundation of Christ church and also further states that in this rigid truth, we cannot be swayed by confusion or deception.

This spring from Mathew 16, starting from verse 13 where Christ requested of his disciples whom the people thinks he is, they were so lost in such response that he changed his question to a more personal response.

"whom do you think I am"

How many of us still have an answer to this question, but Peter was able to hit the nail right on the head by stating this sane fact as at earlier defines above in ephesian 4:13.

"...Thou art the Christ, the son of the living God"

In the ongoing verses that followed, he appraised peter by calling him blessed and reminding him that such truth was not from his human understand but of the Lord's revelation.

This truth has formed over the years the first platform of concrete in building a solid church network, and no gates of hell has ever prevailed against it.

Unfortunately, the church is not a building of physical rigidity but one of spiritual significance where this truth holds dear with limitations to sin or righteousness but open grace in fullness and wholeness.

Notes:
1. Having a strong rigidity in this truth is required.
2. Knowing that the church foundation is not all that is needed, it requires the structure as well.
3. Every brick that makes up this building is that love that is shared between one another; helping each other attain that perfection with Christ... not self made.
4. Reminding that truth of the gospel daily, in our sharings and conversations.
5. Knowing that the church of God was not built on a person but on the truth that God allowed that person to experience firsthand.
7. Finally that the church of God is an all out revelation of who we think Christ is.
